For 3 years KUUL Fans will repair or replace any defective component or part that is causing the fan to not operate properly.

KUUL Fans will cover any defect from factory and premature failure. But KUUL Fans will NOT cover damage caused by using or installing the fan in an unintended manner.

Immediately turn off a fan with an issue and don’t use it until the problem have been resolved or the concern has been discussed with KUUL Fans.

Contact KUUL Fans or the authorized KUUL Fans dealer that you have purchased the fan from as soon as the issue is discovered.

When you contact KUUL Fans, the following information will be required from you: your name, address, phone number, address of the installation and a detailed description of the issue.

Once that the warranty claim is determined to be valid and a replacement part is required, the replacement part will be shipped to you. Included in the shipment of the replacement part will be any shipping labels and documents needed to return the original part, including a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
